Job summary

You will be responsible for the processing and analysis of survey data and will prepare boundary surveys, topographic surveys, easement descriptions, 3-D scans, etc… under the supervision of an RPLS.   As a highly diversified surveying company, you will be exposed to a wide variety of clients and markets (Oil / Gas Upstream, Midstream, TXDOT, Municipal, Wind Energy, Commercial development, Residential Development, 3-D scanning, etc…).

Summary of essential job functions

  • Act as a point of contact for clients of assigned projects
  • Communicate with field crews
  • Participate in the completion of survey plats
  • Manage and prioritize workflow to meet demands of clients’ schedules
  • Collaborate with other project managers as needed
  • Ensure all work meets professional and industry standards as well as company standards
  • Deed research and deed sketching
  • Quality Control of field data

Minimum requirements

  • Proficient in Auto CAD (Civil 3D and/or Carlson)
  • Experience with Microstation is a plus
  • 3 years of experience in the surveying industry
  • Proven Work Ethic
  • Self-Motivated, driven person who thrives on succeeding (both personally and as a team)
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and meet client demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
